The Dutch Development Agency is involved in real estate development and project management. Our activities consist of the development and redevelopment of new and existing real estate, the acquisition of real estate, the acquisition of existing portfolios and the taking of land positions. We also act on behalf of investors and investors, whereby all or part of the project management is taken care of.
We are active throughout the Netherlands and distinguish ourselves through our personal, pragmatic approach and endless passion for our profession. With over 30 years of experience, we are a trusted, expert partner for municipalities, investors, fellow developers, housing corporations and other market parties.
